We took a little trip in our favourite rocket ship...
okay so maybe not rocket ship but we did take the Pug for a good long walk... run... hop... skip and jump...
It's the school holidays here so we decided kind of last minute to take a little trip to the West Coast... we had planned on it at Christmas... but then everything went just a little pear shaped and we never made it...
We were heading to Westport... via Arthurs Pass, Kumara, Punakaiki (the Pancake Rocks) and little points between... it was originally meant to be Karamea but we dithered too long and there wasn't anywhere to stay... well no where that we could or would afford anyway... so Westport it was and I have to say I am glad of that... a little bigger and not quite so isolated...
Still working on sorting out some photos so will come back with more of the story and photos later...
In the mean time I have some new designs out this week...

and since its the end of the holidays and I want to spend a bit more time with the girls I have them up on sale already!

Have a great time. We went over to the west coast for a day trip last week. The boys loved the pancake roacks & the blowholes.
wow - i read the comment you left on em's blog. i was born in westport and left 24 years ago to come and live in australia. planning a trip back to see family in xmas 2011. small world :)
